Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in personal injury litigation? Our client in Dallas, TX is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support attorneys throughout the litigation process and help keep cases moving efficiently from intake through resolution. In this role, you will draft and file legal documents, manage case files, organize and maintain medical records, and provide ongoing litigation support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling personal injury cases in a busy, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and case management skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience is required
  • Extensive experience managing paperwork and medical records
  • Associate’s degree in any field required
  • Proficiency in Neos case management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Paralegal certificate a plus

Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
