Role: Quality Associate / Manufacturing Associateย 
Location: Minnetonka,MN and Plymouth MNย 
ย 
You will help make high-quality medical devices in a small team setting (called a manufacturing cell).
You will work under close supervision and do tasks such as:
Assembling devices
Fixing parts
Able to use Microscope
Testing devices
The products include pacemakers, defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related items.
You will follow standard procedures for all tasks.
Your work will be checked regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep all work documents accurate and updated
Always follow safety rules and use the right safety tools
Help improve the work process to increase quality and efficiency
Keep accurate records so all parts can be tracked and checked for quality
Understand the basics of Lean Manufacturing (a method for improving production)
Use computers and electronic systems
Handle small parts carefully
