Job description

Job Summary:
The StretchLab Studio Supervisor is a key role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio and driving sales to meet and exceed set targets. This individual will lead a team of sales associates and be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment while providing exceptional customer service to clients. As a studio supervisor, you will also be responsible for generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. This is a part-time role that also offers commission, located in the San Fernando Valley.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $25 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to the base salary, this role offers a commission structure for meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
- Lead a team of sales associates, providing support, training, and guidance to achieve sales targets
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales
- Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into clients
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff
- Collaborate with franchise owner to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the studio
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the studio is maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Monitor and track studio metrics and provide regular reports to franchise owner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in the local market
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous sales experience in a fitness or wellness industry preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time
