We're seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team.

How you'll make us better:

Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow. Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.

  • Greets new patients and family members
  • Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout
  • Captures X-rays, photographs and scans
  • Relays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctors
  • Coordinates clinical records requests
  • Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling
  • Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
  • Performs after care communication
  • May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment
  • May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic
