Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full time, non-exempt position. Primary hours may vary based on the needs of the agency and will be established by either the CEO and CFO, but generally will be between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break off the clock.

  1. Assist any administrative team member with general office duties, filing, typing, faxing, sorting, and support services commensurate with an office environment.
  2. Assist supported Individuals in accordance with Agency guidelines, approved PCP’s, while in the office and in the community. This may include your duties as a support staff for Medical, Dental, or other related visits, or transportation duties.
  3. Maintain clinical records, complete routine filing, manage organized storage of backfiles.
  4. Fill in for reception duties in office, phones, greeting, logs when needed.
  5. Primary support representative for direct care staff. Prepare and ensure agency forms are stocked and that masters are available for employees to utilize in the homes.
