Master of Record Electrician
 
About the Role 
We are seeking a Master of Record Electrician to join our team and serve as the licensed professional responsible for overseeing electrical compliance and safety. This role ensures all electrical work meets state and local codes and provides leadership in maintaining high standards for installation, maintenance, and repair.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Act as the licensed Master Electrician of record for the Worthington Campus.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Oversee and approve electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and apprentices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, permits, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute electrical projects efficiently.
 
Qualifications 
  • Valid Master Electrician License in the state of Minnesota.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Resume required
 
Preferred Skills 
  • Experience in industrial or commercial electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools.
 
Working Hours:
A basic workday of eight (8) consecutive working hours exclusive of any lunch period, and a basic work week of
forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday.
 
Position is subject to after-hours calls and emergencies.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Base hourly salary range of $57 to $67
