Familiarity with digital music platforms, social media management tools, and office software like Excel or Google Workspace is typically expected. Excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude help interns stand out in a fast-paced, creative environment. These skills are crucial for supporting label operations, building industry connections, and contributing to successful artist promotion and project management.

Interns often collaborate with marketing, A&R, and digital teams, gaining valuable insight into how different departments work together to launch and promote artists. This experience provides a broad foundation for those interested in pursuing a career in music business or entertainment management.
