Sales Associate, Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates
Work Mode: Onsite
Location:Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Our team at KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates offers the finest handcrafted chocolates, from the original buttery Terrapins to the light and beautiful Rare Facets.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers and take customer orders accurately
  • Operate coffee making equipment
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
  • Serve prepared food items
  • Record and accurately process purchases
  • Collect and process payments from the customer including cash, credit and debit cards
  • Maintain clean and hygienic work area
  • Dismantle and clean machinery as needed
  • Display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner
  • Monitor and order inventory
  • Stock inventory according to storage requirements
  • Complete opening and closing duties for each shift

This is a Casual part-time opportunity working weekdays & weekends. Hours will primarily be between 9:30am-8:00pm.
Skills/Requirements
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers and associates of the organization.
  • Customer service-oriented personality.
  • Alcohol/Bartenders License for selling of alcoholic retail items, will be trained on job.
  • The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $12.40 - $18.60. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
