Job description

Feastables is on a mission to create the world's most engaging brand. As the CPG industry teeters on the edge of transformation, trust has shifted from traditional corporate giants to innovative individual creators. With the backing of MrBeast, the world's most influential creator, and our unwavering commitment to transparency and superior quality, we are strategically positioned to become the go-to snacking brand for future generations.
At the heart of our ethos is the belief that anything is possible. This belief ignites our innovation and drives us to push boundaries. It's what enables us to deliver incredible products and unique, engaging experiences that keep our fans and customers coming back for more.
Though recognized for our chocolate bars, our vision goes beyond a single product category. We aim to offer a diverse product range, each item tailored to meet our customers' unique tastes and needs. Regardless of the variety, all of our products share a common trait - the guarantee of quality and fun that Feastables is known for.
We're not just building a brand; we're crafting a legacy and just getting started. We are charting an unprecedented path, at an unbelievable velocity, and seeking extraordinary individuals to help us shape the next iconic global brand. Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.
About The Role:
As the Associate Manager, Brand Communications at Feastables, you will help bring our biggest brand moments to life through integrated marketing campaigns and digital channel execution. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional campaign planning and execution across product launches, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across every consumer touchpoint.
You will partner closely with teams across Content, Ecommerce, Shopper Marketing, and Creative to build and execute integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social media, retail media, paid media, and web. From seasonal moments and product launches to special brand initiatives, you will help connect strategy to execution while keeping projects organized, stakeholders aligned, and timelines on track. If you are passionate about building brands in fast-moving environments and thrive when balancing creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign execution across email, SMS, social, shopper marketing, and web merchandising channels
  • Partner with channel leads to develop campaign plans, timelines, creative briefs, and launch strategies
  • Build and maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and cross-functional workflows to ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign messaging, deliverables, and priorities across teams
  • Support the execution of key brand initiatives and activations, helping coordinate deliverables and keep projects on track
  • Assist with copy development across digital touchpoints while maintaining Feastables' brand voice and tone
  • Track campaign performance and compile learnings to help inform future initiatives
  • Help identify process improvements that enable the team to move quickly and execute effectively
  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner, helping drive communication, alignment, and accountability across projects

Recipe for Success:
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, brand communications, or a related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns from planning through execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, social media, and web
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a bias toward action and execution
  • Copywriting experience and the ability to adapt to an established brand voice is a plus
  • Experience within consumer brands, including CPG, beauty, apparel, or retail, is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Notion, and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Passion and knowledge of the creator / social media space

Why Feastables?
We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $70,000-$90,000.
Beyond salary, we offer a thriving culture where you'll have interesting problems to solve with the autonomy you need to make a difference. And, of course, we have the perks/benefits to enable you to do your best work.
  • 100% employer paid option for medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with an employer match
  • 11 company paid holidays
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Delicious chocolate & snacks of course!
