Job description

Receptionists

Monarchs Gymnastics is looking for part time dynamic Receptionists to manage our front desks daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 

This part-time position is open for Agoura Hills location. 

Duties include but not limited to: Welcoming students, guests and greet people who visit the business. Scheduling appointments/ classes using a simple database program, coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, answering, and redirecting phone calls and replying to emails. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. As our office receptionist, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. 

Part time hours needed: 

Approximate hours weekday Tuesday & Thursday  2:30-6:30pm

8+ hours and D.O.E. $18+/hour. Base on experience
