Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Confirm and update patient demographics and insurance information.

  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed.

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and handle related insurance/financial inquiries.

  • Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
