Overview

The receptionist performs various duties associated with routine patient encounters, maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. The Breast Center is seeking a friendly, helpful receptionist candidate to join their team. This position may be assigned to any of the four Northwest Arkansas locations, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bentonville, and Bella Vista.

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Manage all phases of the patient encounter
  • Open the department on time
  • Monitor lobby and assist patients and/or visitors as needed
  • Maintain the flow of the clinic by monitoring patient progress towards readiness

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 7 - 11 months related experience and/or training
