Description

Spring Gardens Senior Living has a remarkable opportunity for an exceptional, responsible RECEPTIONIST to manage the busy Front Desk of our beautiful assisted living community in North Ogden, UT.

The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests.

We are searching for an outstanding individual with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and love to work in a "fast-paced" and "positive" work environment. This vibrant receptionist will be focused on customer service and one who truly enjoys interacting with seniors. Please be responsible/dependable, goal-driven and an autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial passion and drive to reach the pinnacle of success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
  • Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
  • Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc.
  • Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
  • Document in the logbook any significant incidents
  • Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders

  • Experience in customer service is highly desired, preferred experience in senior living (not mandatory)
