Part-Time Receptionist/Switchboard Operator

If you are a personable individual with strong phone skills and a great work ethic, join the New Country team! We are seeking a part-time receptionists/switchboard operators to work at our dealership. We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership. At New Country, our people do whatever it takes to find solutions.   • Answering inbound sales and service calls
  • Operate busy switchboard & communicate efficiently with all customer & internal teams
  • Collecting payment for both service and parts customers
  • Greeting customers upon arrival and exit
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality
  • Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort, and a professional voice and manner
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Professional business appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility with regard to scheduling
  • Automotive Dealership Prior experience with an automotive dealership a plus
