Receptionist & Switchboard Operator

Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM

About the Role

Seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist & Switchboard Operator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while handling administrative and front desk duties.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard

  • Receive and distribute packages and mail

  • Schedule and set up conference rooms

  • Restock office and coffee supplies

  • Provide light administrative support as needed

  • Ensure a positive, professional front desk experience for all guests and employees


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 1+ year of prior switchboard/receptionist experience (office, hotel desk, or similar)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Professional phone etiquette and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
