Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish) – Immigration Services

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role: Our client, a well-known non-profit organization, is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to support their Immigration Services team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right bilingual administrative candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and admit visitors to the building
  • Announce the arrival of scheduled clients to appropriate staff
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and distribute messages
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
