Kathleen Alexander State Farm Agency is hiring a bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and starting or growing a long-term career in insurance and financial services. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
This is more than a front desk role. We are building a high-performing team and looking for individuals who want to grow, develop new skills, and advance within the agency over time.
Responsibilities:• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional office experience
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Support walk-in customers with payments, scheduling, and general questions
• Assist with basic policy service requests and administrative tasks
• Maintain organization of the front office and daily workflows
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Help identify customer needs and support the team with service opportunities
Compensation:• Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
• Total compensation: $35,000-$50,000 annually
