Receptionist/Client Service Coordinator

Our financial firm West Advisory Group in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a strong Receptionist/Client Service Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the financial advisor to focus on the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have superior administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working directly with clients daily. What you'll do:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Manage advisors' calendars, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling
  • Order front office supplies and keep track of inventory
  • Complete and process new client applications
  • Assist clients with issues and account inquiries
  • Maintain the firm's CRM system through accurate data entry and database management
  • Handle the setup, closure, and transfer of client accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls regarding the progress of their requests
  • Coordinate seminar pre-registration processes and provide onsite assistance during client events
  • Assist the team with various administrative duties and tasks
