One of Washington, DC's most prestigious international law firms is seeking a polished, client-focused Receptionist to become the face of its office. This is more than a front desk positionโ€”it's an opportunity to join an organization known for serving Fortune 500 companies, global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and some of the most sophisticated legal matters in the world.

What You'll Be Doing:

โ€ข Welcome attorneys, clients, and visitors with professionalism and confidence

โ€ข Manage a busy front desk while delivering a first-class client experience

โ€ข Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, transportation, and hospitality services

โ€ข Answer and route incoming calls with efficiency and discretion

โ€ข Support office operations through administrative and scheduling assistance

โ€ข Work closely with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and building management


We're Looking For Someone Who Has:


โœ” 2-3 years of receptionist, hospitality, or administrative experience

โœ” Experience within a law firm preferred

โœ” Candidates from luxury hotels, private clubs, consulting firms, financial services, or other high-end client service environments are highly encouraged to apply

โœ” Strong communication and interpersonal skills

โœ” A polished, professional presence with exceptional attention to detail
