The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned guests with the best customer service possible.

· Greet guests and family members as they come in.

· Answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested.

· Maintain a current guest file by room number.

· Provide administrative/admissions support.

· Provide recruiting support.

· Provide billing support.

· Must comply with HIPPA laws.
