Position Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and professional support to employees and guests. Supports dealership in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Answering all incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, using MAGIC skills
  • Ensure mail is taken out and collected daily
  • File documents and keys within accounting office to maintain a clean work area.
  • Scanning documents
  • Data Entry (purchase orders and invoices)
  • Purchasing in and making jackets for new vehicles
  • Other basic office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
  • Some accounting duties

Requirements
Responsibilities: The receptionist is the first person the customer sees or talks to when they enter or call our dealership. It is the responsibility of this position to make a good first impression with every customer. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • Greeting customers and welcome them to the dealership.
  • Create a positive and professional first impression.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions accurately, or promptly connecting them with the individual who can.

Skills Required:
  • To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
