Fox Motors has a Receptionist opening in Farmington Hills, MI at Fox Farmington Hills BMW. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist you are responsible for answering basic inquiries and directing customers.   • Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
  • Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
