Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Respond to inquiries and provide information, including but not limited to directions, to clients and visitors. Ensure the clients and visitors are comfortable while awaiting their respective parties. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed. Update client records as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Law Firm Experience Preferred 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
