We're currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing top-notch customer service and enjoys supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced office environment.
Role Overview:
As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and staff-greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. You'll assist with incoming walk-ins, process payments for customers picking up fire extinguishers, and help technicians with job-related questions. You'll also manage confirming customer appointments and maintain organized records in Pipedrive to support our day-to-day workflow.
In addition to managing the front desk, you'll keep the office tidy and well-stocked-refilling coffee supplies, restocking bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring shared spaces are clean and organized. You'll receive packages from carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx and handle office inventory needs, placing orders for supplies as necessary.
You'll also take on broader administrative support responsibilities, including updating employee contact lists and creating or updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to keep our office operations running efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Heavy computer and customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms) and phone systems.
