Pay: $21.00–$23.50/hour

Be the First Impression of a Great Property!

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join a busy property management office in Woonsocket, RI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience working in a property management office and understands the importance of providing exceptional service to residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors.

As the first point of contact for the property, you will play an important role in keeping the office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently while providing administrative support to the on-site management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, applicants, visitors, vendors, and company representatives professionally
  • Answer and route incoming calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Manage email correspondence, mail distribution, and general office communications
  • Track visitor activity and phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential files
  • Prepare and type letters, memos, and other correspondence
  • Assist with resident work requests and follow up to help ensure timely completion
  • Maintain organized records related to work requests and office activities
  • Support the property management team with administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Help ensure daily office operations remain efficient and compliant with company policies
  • Assist with more complex or sensitive administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a property management office is required
  • Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have 2+ years of Receptionist experience & experience working in a property management office
  • Comfortable interacting with residents, applicants, vendors, and staff
  • Proficient with basic office technology and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
