Job description

Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist to join our team! As the Receptionist for our assisted living facility, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office.

Your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make the residents and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office. If you excel in Microsoft Office, effective communication, problem-solving, and have a heart for seniors, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all Visitors and Residents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails.
  • Communicate with other coworkers via email if needed.
  • Make sure the Lobby and front office is a welcoming environment for everyone.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Enjoy working with seniors.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Two years' experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role preferred.
  • Administrative experience a plus.
  • Problem solving.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Experienced with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
