We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dental practice. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, handling insurance and billing processes, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Job Description

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to patient inquiries
Verify dental insurance coverage and submit/track insurance claims
Collect payments, co-pays, and maintain accurate billing records
Maintain and update electronic patient records using Dentrix
Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical staff
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and office policies
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Salary Range

Full-time $17 - $20 per hour
