Position Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a professional Front Desk / Data Entry Specialist to support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Hanscom Air Force Base. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support, scheduling services, and accurate data entry into Air Force systems. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Generally 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Start time between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
  • No work on federal holidays
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk reception.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate staff.
  • Schedule appointments, workshops, and classes.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in web-based databases.
  • Send appointment and class reminder emails.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative records and monthly reports.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
  • Assist with general clerical and office support duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to military members, families, and other visitors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in administrative support or data entry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong typing, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn web-based information systems.
