Warehouse Associate (Receiving)
Warehouse Associates are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, packaging, shipping and receiving orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. This role involves maintaining organized work areas, inspecting items for quality and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth overall warehouse operations.
What you'll do:
  • Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outing shipments specific to each customer order- ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels, documents while prepping products in staging areas for transportation or pickups.
  • Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
  • Inventory Management: Update inventory systems with received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
  • Documentation: Complete receiving logs, file necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
  • Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Coordination: Collaborate and assist with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations to ensure smooth workflow and accurate stock levels.
  • Stock Organization: Organize and maintain the receiving area, ensuring it is clean and free from hazards.
  • Returns: Process returned items or defective goods, coordinating with vendors or suppliers for replacements or credits.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification is an advantage but not required

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)
