Job description

Lake Country Soccer in Springfield, MO is looking for a Facilities Night Manager to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 2334 E. Pythian St.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, confident and engaged.


Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities after 4:30pm 3-4 nights a week and open up on Saturday mornings Sunday afternoons as needed based on league schedules.
  • Preparing fields for games of the day
  • Opening and keeping concessions at 3 facilities running on nights and weekends.
  • Management of the part-time concessions staff
  • Other duties and deemed operationally necessary by the Executive Director

Qualifications

  • A self-starter who takes initiative to improve the business
  • Ability to operate cash registers with some computer knowledge
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Available 3-4 week nights, Saturday and an occassional Sunday.
