Ferguson is currently seeking Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Chandler, AZ distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule

Location: 675 E Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286

Shift: 7:00pm Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment (standup forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
  • Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
  • Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
  • Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
  • Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
  • Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
  • Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support a teamoriented work environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fallprotection equipment when required
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
