Assembler I – 1st Shift (Entry-Level)
As an Assembler I, you’ll work as part of a team to assemble mechanical and electrical components.  You’ll receive training, follow clear procedures, and work with hand and power tools to create high-quality, sustainable products in a clean and sanitized environment.
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30pm- 10:00 pm 
Pay: $17.50-18.00 per hour
Type: Contract, Full-Time
What You’ll Do
  • Assemble parts into products following provided instructions, with a focus on sustainability and waste reduction.
  • Fit, align, and calibrate components efficiently to minimize resource use.
  • Make basic adjustments to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain a sanitized, clean, and organized workspace; follow all sanitization protocols daily.
  • Sanitize all finished products thoroughly, following established sanitization procedures before packaging.
  • Actively participate in efforts to recycle materials, reduce waste, and support sustainable practices in production.
  • Assist in simple repairs for products that don’t meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and environmental responsibility.
