AirLife is hiring a Reach Truck Operators for 1st shift from 5am - 1:30pm in our Litchfield Park, temperature controlled facility. Must have reach experience, and dock stocker experience would be a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Receiving Associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and inbound freight in the warehouse. They will utilize their PIT operation expertise and receiving experience to efficiently unload trailers in inbound as a receiver.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge:

  • Dock receiving and MHE operation experience.
  • Experience with RF scanners.
  • Understanding of AirLife receiving procedures.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic math and computer skills required.
  • Attention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain a friendly relationship with coworkers, customers, drivers, and the general public.

Level of Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience of 2+ years is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of certifiable experience operating stand-up reach trucks.

Level of Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Travel

As the business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition, ensure accurate documentation of received goods.
  • Instruct new receivers on how to properly receive shipments.
  • Safely operate forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Effectively communicate with leads, supervisors, and managers on priorities for the day.
