Receiving Dock Associate Jobs (NOW HIRING)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting Receiving Dock Associate opportunity in our Guymon processing plant. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the purchasing team. The Receiving Dock Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing mechanical parts, PPE, and supplies for a high-volume food processing facility. This role supports timely and accurate receipt and inventory management, contributing to operational efficiency and safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks for material handling.
• Use ERP systems and scan guns to process receipts and manage inventory.
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe receiving dock and warehouse area. (5S Methodology)
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure accurate receipt of delivered goods.
• Perform clerical tasks including data entry and documentation.
• Adhere to all FSQA, GMP and workplace safety policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required:

• High School or GED
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., M3, SAP, JDE) and scan gun technology preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving in a fast-paced environment
• Situational Adaptability and Collaborative Focus.

Preferred:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• The employee may work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration may exist. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, requiring hearing protection in all protected areas.
• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Primarily an office environment with some need to work in the field.
• The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
