Receipt Inspector - Nuclear Power Plant
We are seeking an experienced Receipt Inspector to support material receipt and inspection activities at a commercial nuclear power plant. This role is responsible for verifying that incoming materials, equipment, and components meet quality, procurement, and regulatory requirements before being accepted for plant use.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receipt inspections of safety-related and non-safety-related materials, equipment, and components
  • Verify compliance with procurement specifications, quality requirements, and applicable codes and standards
  • Review certifications, material test reports (MTRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and shipping documentation
  • Must have working knowledge of Asset Suite
  • 4+ years of level 2 inspection experience
  • Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies or nonconforming conditions in accordance with station procedures
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely material acceptance
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation to support traceability and regulatory compliance
  • Promote a strong nuclear safety culture and adherence to quality assurance requirements
