Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst provides business and financial analytical support and recommendations to the Commercial Business Teams across strategic planning, annual operating planning, pricing and product flow, and business partnership activities. The role collaborates globally and locally with functions including Business Units, Marketing, Market Access, Product Development, Finance/Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Legal to enable informed decision-making. 

Responsibilities

Contracting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Use Vistex/BW to set up and manage the accurate and timely payout of dealer/distributor growth incentive program rebates based on the program agreements for the US

• Be able to read and understand rebate program agreement contracts and contracting language to effectively execute them

• Manage monthly reporting on growth incentive programs performance to allow the key accounts team and finance to monitor progress

• Work with legal and the US finance team on questions where contract language interpretations or exceptions are needed

• Communicate to key accounts team and US finance team when rebates have been approved, processed and are ready for customer to utilize

• Answer inquiries from the key accounts team regarding existing rebate programs

• Maintain distributor/dealer pricing tier grid for all product lines

• Manage/update customer price lists for all direct customers

Analytical Responsibilities:

• Monitor distributor performance progress for existing rebate programs

• Suggest/develop growth incentive rebate programs that align with overall product line and business unit strategies

• Draft rebate program contracts or amendments to contracts

• Provide analytical support to channel key accounts team as needed

• Calculate estimated rebate payouts for planning cycles (Midyear, Projection, Annual Plan, Year End)

• Calculate Channel ASPs for planning purposes

• Work collaboratively with US channel key accounts team and US Business Unit FP&A team as needed

• Work with accounts receivable to ensure customer rebate deductions are being properly matched to rebates issued

• Update dealer margin analysis based on Medicare reimbursement rates

• Participate in system testing and implementation of new SAP, BW, and Vistex platforms in 2026/2027

• Lead grey market and parallel importing investigations using sales trend and Class of Trade analysis in coordination with Pricing team and Key accounts tea

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
Education & Work Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

• Understand Hollister distributor partners and how to drive growth through those partners

• Experience interpreting growth incentive programs and executing payouts

• Experience working interpreting and reporting sales data to internal and external customers

• Effective professional communication skills including through email

Education & Work Preferences:

• CPA or Master's degree in Finance a Plus. Experience in the medical device industry preferred.

• Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Query, and other advanced analytics tools.

• Experience with SAP and BPC a Plus.

• Vistex software experience desirable

Benefits Statement

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.​
  • If applicable: This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Secure Start Bonus Plan.
