Job Posting TitleRebate Analyst AssocJob Description

The Associate Rebate Analyst is responsible for supporting client operations by handling payment postings, mailing dunning letters, and maintaining service agreements. This role also assists with invoicing across various programs and fulfilling client requests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payment posting, mailing dunning letters and maintaining all client service agreements
  • Follow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for fee for service, managed care, diabetic supply and supplemental rebate programs
  • Assist account management and rebate management with client requests (e.g., reporting)
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
  • No prior experience required

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of work experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claims
  • Pharmacy or Pharmacy rebate operations experience
  • Accounting and Accounts Receivable experience
