Honor Foods is looking for a Revenue & Rebate Manager to lead our rebate operations, buying group programs, and financial program management activities from our Philadelphia office.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing:

  • Vendor rebate programs
  • Customer incentive programs
  • Buying Group & GPO activity
  • Financial reconciliations
  • Claims recovery
  • Revenue tracking
  • Reporting & analysis
  • Process improvement initiatives

We're looking for a strong finance and operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving processes, analyzing data, and leading teams.


What You'll DoLeadership & Team Management

Lead and support Rebate and Data Control team members
Manage workflow, priorities, and department deadlines
Coach and develop team members while driving accountability

Revenue & Rebate Operations

Oversee vendor rebate and incentive programs
Manage rebate tracking, validation, and program maintenance
Ensure accurate financial recognition of rebate revenue and expenses
Review and reconcile rebate-related financial activity

Claims, Collections & Payouts

Oversee vendor rebate claims and recovery processes
Manage customer rebate payouts and credits
Resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and reporting variances

Buying Group & GPO Programs

Manage Buying Group and GPO program administration
Reconcile program activity and member allocations
Track administrative fees and financial reporting activity

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Support accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Analyze rebate and program performance trends
Deliver reporting, forecasting, and financial insights to leadership
Support audits, compliance, and internal controls

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
Help improve workflows, reporting, and financial accuracy
Leverage systems such as NetSuite, TrackMax, and Excel to drive improvements


What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in rebate, financial, or program management
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, TrackMax, or similar platforms
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Buying Group or GPO experience strongly preferred
