Job description

Position Summary:
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with company standards, client expectations, and profitability goals. This position requires proactive coordination across detailing, production, billing, and field teams to achieve timely and accurate project delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple rebar projects simultaneously.
• Review contract documents and ensure adherence to project scope and specifications.
• Coordinate detailing, submittals, and material releases in line with project schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, detailers, production, and billing.
• Interpret and communicate design intent from structural drawings to the detailing team.
• Review shop drawings for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and correspondence.
• Track material usage, costs, and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with production to align fabrication timelines with project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks or delays through proactive communication.
• Support internal quality assurance and safety initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in rebar detailing, structural design, or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, blueprint reading, and contract interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
