Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Corporate Technical team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We call this system-of-systems "CorpOS". Within CorpOS lies a suite of digital software solutions aimed at solving the problems for our growth, finance, people teams that interplays heavily with our ArsenalOS solutions that enable Anduril’s engineering, production and sustainment departments.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re building the financial systems backbone that lets a fast-scaling manufacturing company move with the speed of a software startup and the rigor of a public company. As Finance Solutions Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Engineering - owning the platforms, data, and processes that turn raw operational activity into trustworthy financial insight. This is a builder’s role:

  • You’ll inherit ambiguity, systems that do and don’t yet talk to each other, and a business growing faster than its tooling
  • Your mandate is to close that gap with scalable ERP workflows, clean cost and revenue data, and automation that replaces spreadsheets and manual reconciliation
  • You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with controllers, FP&A, supply chain, and data engineering - translating messy real-world requirements into systems that are auditable, performant, and built to last through the next order of magnitude of growth
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems - ERP (e.g., Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP), cost accounting, and the data pipelines feeding FP&A and reporting
  • Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements, then translate them into configured, tested, well-documented solutions rather than one-off workarounds
  • Lead cross-functional projects end to end: entity setups, cost and receipt accounting flows, work-order and inventory costing, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay improvements
  • Build the connective tissue between transactional systems and analytics - defining the data models, controls, and reconciliations that make month-end fast and the numbers defensible
  • Drive automation and self-service, cutting manual close tasks and giving finance partners direct access to reliable data
  • Establish standards for change management, testing, and documentation so the platform stays clean as the team scales
  • Act as the bridge between Finance and Engineering/Data teams, ensuring technical decisions reflect real accounting and operational needs
  • Mentor analysts and set the bar for how finance systems work gets done
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 12+ years in finance systems, finance operations, technical accounting, or a closely related field, including hands-on ownership of an ERP or financial platform
  • 5+ years of managing a group of product managers or business system analysts
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing finance solutions end to end - requirements through deployment and adoption, not just administering existing systems
  • Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals: general ledger, cost accounting, revenue, and the mechanics of a monthly close
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, and technical teams
  • Comfort working with data at scale: SQL or equivalent, plus fluency reasoning about data models, reconciliations, and controls
  • A builder's mindset - able to operate in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship pragmatic solutions in a fast-changing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company (FAANG-scale or well-funded startup) and/or a manufacturing, hardware, or supply-chain-intensive business - ideally both
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Cost Management, Receipt Accounting) or comparable enterprise ERP modules
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics tooling (e.g., warehouses, Foundry, dbt, Looker/Tableau) and how they integrate with transactional finance systems
  • Exposure to manufacturing cost concepts - work-order costing, standard vs. actual cost, inventory valuation, and labor/overhead absorption
  • Experience standing up systems and processes for a company scaling through rapid headcount, entity, or geographic expansion
  • A background that blends technical depth with finance credibility - e.g., prior roles as a systems analyst, finance transformation lead, or controller-turned-systems-owner
