Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated RealPage Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Lexington, Kentucky. The RealPage Administrator is responsible for reviewing, supporting, and implementing new processes and modules within OneSite Accounting. This role requires a strong understanding of the platform and how interconnected modules (such as Leasing & Rents) impact financial reporting. The administrator will also serve as the primary liaison with RealPage for system support related to Accounting functions.
Job Details:
- EmploymentType: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- WorkSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Compensation: $65-$75K per year, based on experience

Qualifications:
- Minimumof 5 years of experience with RealPage software
- Strongunderstanding of accounting principles
- Advancedtechnical skills with ability to learn and adapt to system changes
- Excellentorganizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Provenability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- ReviewRealPage system updates related to Accounting and collaborate withthe team to implement changes and provide training
- Develop,maintain, and enhance financial reporting, including AccountsPayable and Accounts Receivable reports, as well as create newreports as needed
- EvaluateAP and AR processes to identify efficiencies and implement RealPagebest practices
- Recommendand implement new system modules in alignment with managementdirection
- Serveas the primary liaison with RealPage for troubleshooting andresolution of Accounting and Treasury system issues
- Testnew product functionality and assess impacts on existing processes
- Setup and onboard new locations within the Accounting system, ensuringa complete and accurate implementation
- Supportspecial projects as assigned by the CFO
