Cisneros Brothers Home Services is a trusted, family-owned company specializing in Plumbing, HVAC, Septic, and Water Damage Restoration. We're known for doing things the right way-no shortcuts, just quality service. We're expanding our restoration team and looking for dedicated technicians ready to grow their careers.
Position Overview:
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll help homeowners recover from water and mold-related emergencies by performing demolition, setting up drying equipment, documenting progress, and more. Lead positions also involve supervising other technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform controlled demolition and material removal
  • Build containment/dry chambers and set up drying/safety equipment
  • Move and protect furniture and contents
  • Use job tracking software to document progress
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Wear PPE and respirator masks as required
  • Supervise team members (Lead Technicians only)

Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work 8+ hour physical shifts
  • Comfortable using power tools and wearing full PPE
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Willing to work alternate weekends and on-call shifts
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Experience in restoration a plus, but not required

Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
  • WRT - Water Damage Restoration
  • ASD - Applied Structural Drying
  • AMRT - Applied Microbial Remediation
