H2O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. H2O is currently seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team in Long Beach, MS.

The Day-to-Day Duties Will Include

  • Assisting with asphalt repair, storm drain repair, water main repair and sewer main repair.
  • Performing concrete work as needed.
  • Required experience includes knowledge and ability to run a weed eater and zero turn mower for extended periods of time.
  • Other duties may vary.

The Skills We Are Looking for

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Knowledge of operating characteristics of assigned equipment.
  • Knowledge of work hazards and safety precautions.
  • Must be willing to learn all assigned tasks and have good work ethics.
  • Motivation to learn equipment operations for promotional opportunities.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, including H2O’s department rules, policies and regulations.
