Position Overview:

Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable Foundation Repair Helper to assist with installing systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers’ homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to build a long-term career in the construction trade. Working under the direction of a Foreman, you’ll support daily operations by assisting with job site setup and cleanup, preparing tools and materials, and ensuring all equipment is properly loaded, organized, and ready for each project.

With our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, many team members earn $19–$26/hour or more. The harder you work, the more you earn.
