Company Mission
To be the world's leading manufacturer of complex food ingredients, specializing in the industrial supply of custom developed food solutions for the world's leading retail food, foodservice and healthcare product manufacturers.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
  • Accurately move, split, and report as finished batches, raw materials, FG pallets, and packaging materials in the ERP system.
  • Audit ERP locations (processes and packs) for material discrepancies and ensure real time accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Batch Inventory Techs and Packaging Inventory Techs to ensure proper material consumption and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot material staging issues and ensure that proper warehouse work is generated upon release of work orders.
  • Verify RTS completion at the end of a work order for accuracy and proper preparation.
  • Start work orders in the ERP system to ensure adherence to the production schedule when necessary.
  • Report as finished work orders after their completion when necessary.
  • End work orders
  • Review work orders after they are reported as finished and investigate inventory discrepancies to correct issues.
  • Utilize PowerBi reports to review consumption locations.
  • Perform spot cycle counts of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Add journals and notes to work orders detailing any corrections to inventory.
  • Change inventory status on materials in consumption locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
