Job description

Prosperity Health Group Medicare Street Agent Opportunity

Prosperity Health Group is a Medicare-focused sales organization built to support licensed Medicare agents who want to grow a real book of business.

This opportunity is specifically designed for street agents and independent Medicare producers who are active in the field, working local communities, building referral relationships, meeting clients face-to-face, and looking for a stronger support system behind their business.

At PHG, agents own their book of business.

Our goal is not to take control of your clients or place unnecessary limits on your growth. Our goal is to help you build, manage, and retain your book with stronger training, technology, marketing infrastructure, lead support, and leadership access than what you may currently be receiving from your upline.

Role Description

This is a 1099 opportunity for licensed Medicare Health Insurance Agents. Florida-based agents are preferred, but Prosperity Health Group is open to qualified licensed agents in other markets.

Agents will be responsible for helping Medicare beneficiaries review their coverage options, understand plan benefits, compare available solutions, and enroll in plans that fit their healthcare needs.

Agents may work with clients through in-person appointments, community-based marketing, referral relationships, phone consultations, virtual appointments, local events, and ongoing client follow-up.

Compensation and Book Ownership

This opportunity is built for street agents receiving street-level Medicare commission.

Agents own their book of business and are supported with the infrastructure needed to continue growing it.

For 2026, Medicare broker compensation is set by CMS guidelines. Our focus is making sure agents have access to the proper street-level commission structure while receiving the training, tools, marketing, and lead support needed to maximize their production.

What We Provide

Prosperity Health Group provides agents with the infrastructure to grow, manage, and retain their book of business.

Support includes:

โ€ข Street-level Medicare commission structure

โ€ข Book ownership for independent street agents

โ€ข Marketing support for local growth

โ€ข Access to lead platforms and Medicare appointment opportunities

โ€ข Social media and Meta lead pipeline support

โ€ข Telephonic and virtual Medicare sales support

โ€ข CRM access to manage clients, submissions, communication, and follow-up

โ€ข Medicare quoting and enrollment tools

โ€ข Business email and Microsoft Office 365 access

โ€ข Ongoing Medicare sales training

โ€ข Compliance and product training

โ€ข Weekly live training and roleplay opportunities

โ€ข Real-time leadership support before, during, and after appointments

โ€ข Client retention tools and follow-up systems

โ€ข Guidance for agents looking to grow into agency ownership

Marketing and Lead Support

We understand that street agents need more than carrier contracts to succeed.

PHG supports agents with field marketing strategy, community outreach opportunities, online lead generation, social media lead pipelines, Medicare appointment opportunities, and seminar-style growth strategies.

Agents also receive support for telephonic and virtual sales, including compliant appointment scripting, remote enrollment guidance, CRM-based follow-up systems, and leadership support throughout the sales process.

When there is a strong business case and the agent is showing commitment, PHG is open to investing additional resources into marketing and lead opportunities that help move the agentโ€™s business forward.

Our goal is to help agents generate conversations, build referral sources, grow their local presence, retain clients, and create a long-term pipeline.

Training and Leadership Support

Agents receive access to Medicare sales process training, compliance training, product training, call examples, roleplays, virtual sales guidance, and ongoing coaching from leadership.

We provide support before, during, and after appointments so agents are not left to figure out difficult sales situations on their own.

For street agents who may already have carrier contracts and field experience, PHGโ€™s value is in the support system behind the contract:

Stronger training. Better technology. Organized systems. Real-time leadership access. Unmatched marketing and lead support.

Who This Role Is For

This opportunity may be a strong fit for:

โ€ข Licensed street agents who want stronger support from their upline

โ€ข Independent Medicare agents who want to own and grow their book

โ€ข Field agents working local communities and referral relationships

โ€ข Agents who already understand Medicare but need better systems behind them

โ€ข Agents who want stronger marketing, software, training, and leadership support

โ€ข Producers who want help building a long-term pipeline

โ€ข Agents who want support with both in-person and virtual sales

โ€ข Agents who eventually want to build an agency

Qualifications

โ€ข Active health insurance license

โ€ข Florida license preferred, but not required

โ€ข Medicare sales experience preferred

โ€ข Field sales or street agent experience preferred

โ€ข Strong communication and relationship-building skills

โ€ข Ability to work independently and follow a structured sales process

โ€ข Interest in Medicare sales, marketing, and client relationship building

โ€ข Willingness to complete training and stay current on Medicare compliance

โ€ข Self-motivated with a desire to grow a long-term business

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
