This opportunity is specifically designed for street agents and independent Medicare producers who are active in the field, working local communities, building referral relationships, meeting clients face-to-face, and looking for a stronger support system behind their business.

Role Description
This is a 1099 opportunity for licensed Medicare Health Insurance Agents. Florida-based agents are preferred, but Prosperity Health Group is open to qualified licensed agents in other markets.
Agents will be responsible for helping Medicare beneficiaries review their coverage options, understand plan benefits, compare available solutions, and enroll in plans that fit their healthcare needs.
Agents may work with clients through in-person appointments, community-based marketing, referral relationships, phone consultations, virtual appointments, local events, and ongoing client follow-up.
Compensation and Book Ownership
This opportunity is built for street agents receiving street-level Medicare commission.
Agents own their book of business and are supported with the infrastructure needed to continue growing it.
For 2026, Medicare broker compensation is set by CMS guidelines. Our focus is making sure agents have access to the proper street-level commission structure while receiving the training, tools, marketing, and lead support needed to maximize their production.

Marketing and Lead Support
We understand that street agents need more than carrier contracts to succeed.
PHG supports agents with field marketing strategy, community outreach opportunities, online lead generation, social media lead pipelines, Medicare appointment opportunities, and seminar-style growth strategies.
Agents also receive support for telephonic and virtual sales, including compliant appointment scripting, remote enrollment guidance, CRM-based follow-up systems, and leadership support throughout the sales process.
When there is a strong business case and the agent is showing commitment, PHG is open to investing additional resources into marketing and lead opportunities that help move the agentโs business forward.

Training and Leadership Support
Agents receive access to Medicare sales process training, compliance training, product training, call examples, roleplays, virtual sales guidance, and ongoing coaching from leadership.
We provide support before, during, and after appointments so agents are not left to figure out difficult sales situations on their own.

Qualifications
โข Active health insurance license
โข Florida license preferred, but not required
โข Medicare sales experience preferred

โข Willingness to complete training and stay current on Medicare compliance
