We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with motivated, pre-qualified buyers
  • Guide clients through the entire home-buying process
  • Provide expert support from consultation to closing
  • Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
  • Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals
  • Host team open houses (leads provided)
  • Stay organized with your calendar, pipeline, and tasks
  • Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
  • Full-time availability and commitment to sales success
