  • Lead financial analysis and valuation review work. You will prepare and review financial models, cash flow projections, appraisal analyses, and valuation materials using Excel, Argus Enterprise, and other industry-standard tools to support complex commercial real estate assignments.
  • Oversee workflow and deliverables. You will coordinate day-to-day assignment activity, manage timelines, prioritize deliverables, and help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Review and support junior team members. You will provide guidance, coaching, mentorship, and quality review support to Analysts and junior staff while helping strengthen team performance and development.
  • Manage client and third-party relationships. You will communicate directly with institutional clients, third-party appraisers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, provide updates, and support successful engagement execution.
  • Conduct market research and portfolio analysis. You will analyze commercial real estate market activity, comparable transactions, rental data, and portfolio-level information to support valuation conclusions, client reporting, and advisory recommendations.
  • Create and review client-facing materials. You will contribute to presentations, portfolio metrics, valuation summaries, and other client deliverables while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Operate with accountability and responsiveness. You will balance multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and respond effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high standard of quality, professionalism, and client service.
  • Continue expanding your industry expertise. You will strengthen your knowledge of institutional real estate valuation, advisory services, market trends, and client management while building your career within a collaborative and growing global organization.

You bring:
