Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based


Responsibilities:
  • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
  • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
  • Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing and selling process
  • Conduct listing consultations and recommend pricing and next steps
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven systems
  • Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
  • Host team open houses (all open house leads go to the hosting agent)
  • Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum appointment flow
  • Attend weekly Academy training, coaching, and sales meetings



Qualifications:
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Active Real Estate License (required)
  • Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Coachable and team-oriented with a growth mindset
  • Prior listing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
