Job description

Whether you are an experienced real estate professional or new to the industry, NFR would like to introduce ourselves and present an opportunity to join a modern startup that's turning the real estate industry inside out.
*Please note: This is commission-only sales opportunity for a real estate agency

Comprehensive training program- NFR agents are trained in-house within our values system and have the option to learn 1:1 alongside a mentor.
We pay your way - NFR never charges desk fees, legal and insurance costs and provides a full suite of back office support.
What we're looking for:
  • Licensed New York real estate agent (or someone interested in getting their real estate license - we can help with that)
  • Self-motivated, driven, organized, dependable, authentic, and energetic
  • Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment
  • Great written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Service oriented attitude with a client first focus

Your responsibilities:
  • Engage new buyers/sellers and cultivate those contacts into clients and/or rentals
  • Guide our customers and clients throughout the end to end buying process
  • Provide unbiased representation to our clients
  • Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of an admin team
